Mr. Asghar is an ACCA-qualified Certified Accountant with over ten years of experience in accounts and finance, covering full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, payables/receivables, month- and year-end closing, and audit coordination. Since January 2022, he has been the Finance Manager and Tax Consultant at Middle East Alliance Legal Consultancy LLC in the Middle East, leading finance operations and management reporting while providing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax advisory and compliance services—including registrations, impact assessments, periodic returns, reconciliations, documentation, and liaison with the Federal Tax Authority. He strengthens internal controls and record-keeping and supports stakeholders with clear, practical analysis using modern accounting and ERP systems.
