Arbitration: It is an alternative mechanism for resolving legal disputes between parties outside the traditional courts. Administrative Issues: They refer to disputes that may arise between individuals or private entities on the one hand and public bodies on the other, these issues relate to the regulations and laws that are applied, and administrative decisions that may affect the rights of individuals or institutions. Administrative issues cover a variety of topics such as taxation, licensing, urban planning, environment, public personnel and others. These cases are usually resolved through available administrative procedures or by appeal or request for annulment of decisions taken by public authorities before administrative courts. Administrative issues are of great importance as they reflect the transparency, impartiality and fairness of public authorities.

 

Labor Issues: Disputes that arise between employers on the one hand and workers and employees on the other, and related to the rights and obligations related to the existing employment relationship, these issues cover a wide range of topics such as wages and end-of-service benefits, working hours, vacations, occupational safety, unfair dismissal and other issues. Civil Cases: include disputes that arise between individuals or private entities in connection with financial claims or damages resulting from contractual or tort liability (breach of contracts – damage resulting from objects or animals or damages resulting from negligence and non-observance of professional and technical assets such as liability for medical errors and others). Civil cases are handled through the civil chambers of the courts. The legal system for civil cases aims to achieve justice, ensure the protection of the rights of individuals, and compensate for losses fairly.

 

Commercial Cases: They are disputes that arise in the context of commercial business in its broad sense as stated in the Commercial Transactions Law, and are often related to corporate issues (incorporation – shareholders’ rights – partner relations – company finances – distribution of profits – management – liquidation – bankruptcy – solidarity between partners…… etc). This type of case also includes commercial contracts (commission agency – transfer – brokerage ……), intellectual property, competition violations, banking issues, and related matters. With commercial papers, the legal system for commercial cases aims to provide a stable, fair, and trust-based trading environment.

 

Operational Matters: refers to the process of applying and implementing judicial decisions and rulings issued by courts or other executive bonds through coercive force, execution processes vary between specific execution such as handing over property or doing the required work, or execution by compensation through the payment of appropriate and fair compensation.
