The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Registration Authority has published the Employment Regulations 2024, which were enforced on 1 April 2025.
These new regulations reflect global shifts in workplace practices and aim to provide both clarity and flexibility for employers and employees within ADGM. Importantly, they repeal the current Employment Regulations 2019, offering a refreshed framework to promote best employment practices and enhance the working environment across the ADGM.
