Mr. Ashraf is a Senior Advisor in Financial Management, Audit, and Risk Management, with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds several international professional certifications from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, including CPA, CFC, and Strategic Financial Planning.

He has held leadership positions and participated in consulting projects covering management, financial, and technical advisory, organizational and digital transformation, business systems development, and process optimization, in addition to mergers and acquisitions, financial evaluation, and corporate restructuring.

He began his career with Ernst & Young, one of the big 4 audit & professional services firms, where he worked in financial audit, reviewing corporate financial statements, ensuring compliance with international standards, and assessing internal control and governance systems.

He has led strategic projects in transforming financial systems in the public sector, implementing International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and developing governance, risk management, and integrated compliance frameworks (GRC).

He provided strategic recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to the establishment of effective organizational units and the development of financial and governance strategies that enhanced accountability, transparency, and institutional sustainability.
