With over 10 years of legal experience, Mr. Almontasir has practiced as a lawyer and legal consultant in Sudan and the United Arab Emirates. He has handled a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal cases, including contract disputes, financial claims, and debt collection matters before courts of first instance and appeal. His work includes drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal memoranda and court pleadings, and advising individuals and businesses on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Mr. Almontasir is a certified lawyer and member of the Sudanese Bar Association.
