With around 30 years of experience in legal affairs across the public and private sectors, Mr. Bassam has developed deep expertise in commercial companies law, corporate structures, and individual institutions. He has held senior leadership roles in government entities and the private sector, including CEO of Silwana Investment Global PSC and senior positions within the Department of Economic and Tourism in Dubai and the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Jordan. His work spans mergers, liquidation, acquisition and transfer of companies, legislative drafting and legal research, and the management of law firms and commercial companies. Mr. Bassam has also played an active role in numerous governmental committees on companies law, corporate governance and administrative grievances.
