Bachelor’s degree in law, Postgraduate Diploma in International Law, Postgraduate Diploma in Private Law, and Doctorate in Commercial Law from Damascus University, Syria.

Dr Nabil initiated his career as a division head at the Central Bank of Syria, overseeing departments such as current accounts, legal affairs, and external relations. Later, he served as an assistant and then the director of a branch from 2012 to 2017. Concurrently, he dedicated five years to teaching legal subjects at Damascus University. In 2021, he moved to the United Arab Emirates, initially working as a lawyer before transitioning to the Middle East Alliance for Legal Consultations Company.
