Master’s degree in economics and financial sciences and Common Law, bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).

With over 18 years of experience, Ms. Samar has a diverse background, including roles as a lawyer at the High Court of Appeal and the Administrative Courts at the State of Council in Egypt. She advanced to the position of Director of the Legal Department at the Executive Authority of the Free Zone of Port Said Governorate. Ms. Samar’s skill set encompasses legal investigations, contract drafting, legal advisory services, legal compliance, and extensive participation in legal regulatory matters.
