The Partnership between the Public Sector and Private Sector PPP Legal Awareness Workshop

Dr. Mohammed Haitham Salman, the managing partner at Middle East Alliance Legal Consultancy, conducted a legal awareness workshop, titled Partnership between the public sector and the private sector PPP, on Monday, December 26, 2022, for employees of the Authority for Community Contributions (Ma’an).

The workshop discussed on how to take advantage of the legal opportunities in Law No. (2) of 2019 regarding the partnership between the public and private sectors and the extent to which the competent sectors in the Authority can benefit from these opportunities in light of the law establishing the Authority and Law No. (1) of 2019 establishing the Abu Dhabi Investment Office encourages, supervises, and monitors partnerships projects between the public and private sectors, and issues tenders for projects, in coordination with the concerned authorities.
