With over 30 years of legal and professional experience, Mr. Dabaghy has extensive expertise in labor, commercial, civil, insurance, banking, corporate, and contracting law. He is recognized for providing practical and commercially focused legal advice while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Since 2009, Mr. Dabaghy has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Salloum and Partners LLC, Abu Dhabi, advising on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, and arbitration.

Previously, he held senior positions at the Sader Legal Research Center in Beirut, specializing in legal research, legislative indexing, and UAE, Lebanese, and Kuwaiti laws. He is also an author of several legal books, with some published in the Abu Dhabi Judicial Central Library.
