Ministerial Resolution No. 27 of 2023 Regarding Extending the Deadline for Transferring Employment Contracts

Ministerial Resolution No. 27 of 2023 was issued regarding extending the deadline for transferring employment contracts, as Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the organization of labor relations stipulated in Article 68, “employers must correct their situation and convert unlimited employment contracts into limited contracts, in accordance with the conditions, controls, and procedures stipulated in this Decree-Law within one year from the date of its entry into force, and the Minister may extend this period for other periods as required by the public interest.

The last deadline to Change the situation was 2-2-2023, but the aforementioned decision

was recently issued to extend the deadline until 12-31-2023.
